Solomon Page is excited to announce the news of recent hire, Jessica Prough, who has joined as Vice President of the Technology Division. Joining the team, including Joe Mack and Jen Burns, among others, the Technology division is delighted to extend a warm welcome to Jessica as its newest member. Jessica brings nearly 10 years of recruitment experience and expert knowledge of the industry, specializing in cleantech, engineering, aerospace/aviation, biotech, manufacturing, robotic and software development sectors.
Focusing on recruitment and business development initiatives, Jessica will support a diverse range of organizations, including manufacturing, engineering, biotech companies, and law firms, among others, seeking to expand their technology teams. Jessica brings an outstanding network of candidates and a proven track record of customer satisfaction from her longstanding career building and leading recruiting teams. Supporting clients nationwide, with a particular focus on the Austin, San Francisco Bay Area, and East Coast markets, Jessica has proven experience scaling companies of all sizes – from startups to Series A+ and publicly traded companies. In this new position, Jessica will further complement and broaden service offerings within the Technology Division, as the team sets forth with its national expansion.
Before joining Solomon Page, Jessica worked for Quest Groups LLC and Talentpair. Based in Boise, Idaho, Jessica is a mother of 5 and is an avid athlete who coaches a local flag football team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Boise State University.
