Solomon Page is excited to welcome Jen Burns as Managing Director of the Technology Division. Complementing the East Coast-based Technology team led by Joe Mack, Jen will leverage her extensive knowledge in recruitment and business development to expand Solomon Page’s footprint throughout the West Coast. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Jen’s role will significantly impact the nationwide advancement of the Technology Permanent Services team.
Jen brings a wealth of expertise in tailoring staffing solutions for organizations nationwide. Beginning her career at Cintas, Jen moved on to hold positions at Quest Groups LLC and Advantage Technical, where she led a team of over 40 recruiters in the high-tech sector, specializing in Seattle, San Francisco, New York, and Texas markets. Most notably, during her tenure at Quest Groups LLC, Jen established herself in the tech industry by fostering collaborations with companies and candidates to enhance startups across various stages. She also managed the company’s recruiting and sourcing strategies, implementing sales training, employee recognition, and philanthropy programs, often utilizing AI to optimize talent solutions. Throughout her career, she has developed and maintained an exceptional network of candidates, while simultaneously ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Fully integrated with the technology industry, Jen’s diverse recruitment experience includes innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Data Science. Beyond her professional achievements, Jen is an avid athlete, having played Division I soccer at Boise State University.
