Reporting into West Coast Managing Director Tim Calley, Amy Stover and Courtney Hovis will focus on expanding business development efforts in Texas. Their extensive background in finance and strong relationship-building skills will be crucial as the company drives growth in this area. Jennifer Coners, also supporting Tim Calley’s team, will be servicing the California market. Partnering with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, she will be working with leading brands to provide mid-level and executive talent. Matthew Santoli, reporting into East Coast Managing Director Howard Hecht, will be focused on developing relationships across all industries with a particular focus in the venture capital and private equity-backed space, placing all functional roles within accounting and finance from director-level to C-suite.
