This October, our SP Cares initiative is proud to support the ALS United Greater New York foundation by participating in fundraising efforts and spotlighting their upcoming walk. With a national scope, the mission of ALS United Greater New York focuses on groundbreaking research and advocacy for ALS, while also providing comprehensive care and support for individuals and families affected by this progressive neurodegenerative disease. Established in the early 1990s, the foundation became an independent entity in 2023, continuing its commitment to delivering high-quality care and impactful programs. Their collaborative efforts reached over 1,000 families across the country, partnering with 14 affiliate nonprofit organizations.
