Solomon Page is excited to welcome Shawn Gillespie as Vice President, Search, Accounting & Finance. Based in Los Angeles, Shawn will support the company’s influence within the region, leading search engagements with expertise in accounting, finance, treasury, audit, and tax disciplines across all industry verticals. Reporting to Managing Director Tim Calley, Shawn will be responsible for both business development initiatives and fulfilling recruitment needs.
Shawn brings an extensive background in the accounting, finance, and recruitment industries. Originally from Michigan, Shawn graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. Shawn has 5 years of search experience placing C-suite and senior level talent across a range of industries and functional areas and spent over a decade in industry and management consulting providing interim advisory support for various Fortune 100 clients. Notable clients included EY, Johnson & Johnson, Hilton Hotels & Resort, Chrysler Group, among others. His work within the finance industry will continue to enrich his relationships with clients and candidates. Shawn resides in Orange County where he enjoys traveling in his RV and spending as much time at the beach as possible. Shawn’s enthusiasm and warmth will undoubtedly make him a valuable addition to Solomon Page.
