She specializes in recruiting Dean’s office leadership, key department and service line leaders, and niche areas such as Population Health and Digital Health. Prior to joining Solomon Page, Berlinger held key leadership roles at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center from 2006 through 2020. She completed her undergraduate education and MHA at the University of North Carolina prior to completing her Administrative Fellowship with Johns Hopkins Medicine. Berlinger currently serves as an adjunct professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health within Health Policy and Management. Her dual experience in healthcare administration and executive recruitment positions her as a valuable resource for healthcare organizations seeking dynamic, visionary leadership.
