COVID-19 Updates from Solomon Page

March 16, 2020

Dear Friends and Clients,

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, the health and well-being of our team members, contingent workforce, clients, colleagues and their families are of the utmost importance to us. We have been proactively communicating with team members regarding hygiene practices to limit the spread of illness-carrying germs and asking anyone who is not feeling well to work from home.

SOLOMON PAGE BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
Rest assured that we have a business continuity plan in place that will enable us to offer you uninterrupted service. Solomon Page delivers the tools and technology which allow all team members to work remotely effectively, continuing to be responsive to your business needs throughout any potential office closure or quarantine. To ensure the same level of excellent customer service and no interruption in business, we have implemented the following:

  • Virtual Interviews and Video Conferencing hosted through Microsoft Teams for clients, candidates, and internal team members
  • Recruiting teams have continued access to our proprietary candidate database and sourcing tools and technologies
  • No disruption in Payroll, Time tracking (Webtime), or Back-office Systems
  • All team members, including Account Managers, Recruiters, and support team members are fully-functional to work remotely

There is no doubt that many of you are feeling the impacts of this pandemic on the health of your business and communities. Please know that Solomon Page is here to help you navigate through these challenging times.
