Looking to build on the success seen in the tri-state and West coast markets, the firm has made a key new hire, Justin Martinez, as the VP of IT Executive Search. The company is thrilled to have Justin join the expanding team, where he’ll be focused on growing the firm’s footprint in these new markets, offering his clients contained, contingent, and retained search, based on the specific goals and challenges they are facing. Prior to Solomon Page, Justin was an Executive Search Consultant in the Information Technology space for over five years. Justin will be focused on replicating the same success Solomon Page has had on the East and West Coast, in these new markets. With an ever-shifting technology landscape, the firm has mastered the art of adaptability – syncing its specializations to support changing objectives and priorities. Companies, and candidates, need and want customized hiring solutions, and that is what the firm has mastered and where Justin brings a strong amount of experience and synergy. As a team comprised of subject-matter experts, Solomon Page can support your business across multiple experience levels and strategic hiring needs, ranging from fully-retained executive search, mid-level management searches and high-level individual-contributor searches.
