Solomon Page, a staffing solutions and executive search firm, has been recognized by Forbes and Statista as one of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms of 2022. For the past 6 years, Forbes, a globally recognized media company, and Statista, a market research organization, have conducted a survey to determine the top recruiting firms across the country within temporary staffing, professional search, and executive search. The most recent survey was live from December 2021 through March of 2022, and collected data from 6,900 candidates and 31,000 recruiters. As a result of this survey, 22,400 nominations were made, and 366 firms were awarded across all categories. For the sixth year, Solomon Page has been recognized in the Professional Search category.

For over three decades, Solomon Page has taken a consultative approach in partnering with clients and candidates to shape their organizations and career paths, respectively. The skilled sales and recruiting teams organized by segment are immersed in the industries and cultures of the businesses they support, and this deep-rooted industry knowledge enables them to advise on real-time competitive intelligence, trends, and marketplace opportunities.

“The company’s success is directly correlated with its ability to partner with clients and candidates to consistently deliver excellent results,” said Founding Partner Lloyd Solomon. “This honor reflects our collective efforts and collaborative, team-oriented culture. We are truly proud of this acknowledgment of our firm.”

“It is truly remarkable how our business has grown organically over the past three decades, but in particular in the past year,” said Founding Partner Scott Page. “This has been proven a success through the tenure and experience of our employees; 50 percent of which have been with the company for over five years and 30 percent for over ten years.”
