Supporting this growth, the team is excited to welcome Betsie Zak as Vice President of Accounting and Finance Permanent Services. Based locally on the West Coast of Florida, Betsie will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s influence in the region, joining Kim Wheeler, Vice President of Accounting and Finance Permanent Services, and Sara Yacano, Recruiting Manager. Reporting to Managing Director Howard Hecht, Betsie, and the team will be responsible for fulfilling recruitment needs by working with clients on direct hire placements ranging from staff accountants to CFOs, with a primary emphasis on senior leadership.
Betsie has an extensive background in recruitment and specifically within the Accounting & Finance function, enriching Solomon Page’s impact nationwide. Beginning her career in international finance, Betsie transitioned to recruitment and has excelled as a financial recruiting leader for nearly a decade. Her recruiting experience is complemented by her finance background, which informs her collaborations with clients and candidates alike. Applying a consultative approach to her work, Betsie strives to establish lasting connections, providing exceptional talent to organizations throughout the Florida market. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Betsie is a dedicated baseball fan and avid golfer.
