Company hires industry expert Claude Schwab to expand asset management executive search services
New York, N.Y. – Solomon Page, a leading staffing and executive search firm, drives expansion of its Financial Services division through the key hiring of Claude Schwab, who has recently been named managing director of asset management. Reporting to Global Head of Asset Management Jacob Navon, Schwab will help drive growth of the Financial Services practice globally by partnering with asset management companies, including alternative asset managers, in building long-term team management strategies.
Joining a team of seasoned professionals, Schwab has deep-rooted experience in successfully executing a full spectrum of assignments on behalf of alternative asset management clients, ranging from family offices and small investment boutiques to the largest asset managers and hedge funds in the world. In addition to single placements, Claude has expertise in asset management team lift outs and asset manager Separately Managed Account (SMA) programs for capital-seeking investment professionals and teams. Schwab joins Solomon Page from The Kronor Group, a hedge fund talent advisory firm he founded after working at Bridgewater Associates as their in-house talent strategist for senior investment hiring.
