Mindfulness Classes for Kids During COVID-19 Quarantine
Former teacher Wendy Sullivan hosts daily sessions for kids, encouraging them to:
- Understand and handle stress while at home
- Recognize what can and cannot be controlled
- Replace negative behaviors with positive ones
- Practice kindness to minimize undesirable feelings and actions
- RELAX AND HAVE FUN!
Recommended for 1st - 8th graders, but all ages are welcome.
